Use quantitative and qualitative analytical tools to analyse business data, evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Understand businesses’ ethical and social responsibilities and demonstrate ethical decision-making and professional conduct in practice. Lead and work effectively in teams by motivating and inspiring others, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
