The bachelor's degree programme in Management is the professional training of managers equipped with a framework of knowledge in the field of management, marketing, human resources, project management, finance, business economics, law and other relevant managerial disciplines. Graduates possess the fundamentals of analytical and critical thinking, understand the essence of a sustainable and ethical approach to business and society as a whole, and have the ability to effectively address basic managerial tasks and challenges. They can present and defend their own ideas in a professional forum or in a professional discussion, even in a foreign language. Graduates also have prerequisites for further professional education in master's degree programmes or professional, vocational and lifelong learning programmes.

Study

After completing the programme, you will be able to: - characterise and apply basic theories, concepts and methods in theoretical and applied economic-managerial disciplines, especially management, marketing, human resources management, project management, financial management, business administration, law, managerial psychology and sociology, micro and macroeconomics, economic policy, operational management, basics of taxation and accounting, public administration and public finance management; - acquire, analyse, evaluate and interpret data from the internal and external environment of organisations using quantitative decision-making methods, statistical tools and modern communication and information technologies; - formulate ideas clearly in writing and speech, communicate, present and defend findings in professional discussion, including in a foreign language, especially English; - cooperate in teamwork, resolve problems and conflicts and respond assertively and substantively.
