The mission of the undergraduate programme in Mathematics specialized for Educational Purposes is the following: obtaining basic theoretical knowledge about essential mathematical disciplines, orientation in information resources and professional literature, ability to control computing technology, processing acquired knowledge and subsequent presentation of achieved results. Key orientation in pedagogical disciplines, gaining important socio-pedagogical knowledge and skills, familiarization with foreign texts and the ability to critically analyze. Individual output knowledge is defined in terms of knowledge and skills regarding the major, including pedagogical-psychological and general knowledge providing students with broad understanding of the discipline.
