Study

Graduates will find job opportunities in clothes business management, as technology managers with clothing producers (or in companies processing technical textiles such as car makers) or in sales departments. Their expert competencies will also be applicable in purchasing and testing of textile materials and products. They will be able to run their own business as qualified producers or sellers of apparel. The comprehensive compulsory on-the-job training, practically-focused subjects and what is referred to as soft skills will make graduates prepared for a career related to the implementation of innovations under the Industry 4.0 trend. They will be prepared to work in middle management, particularly in production areas where they can apply their knowledge of the entire manufacturing technology spectrum of clothing and technical apparel. Their general university education and skills will provide them with a range of opportunities with manufacturers in all industries. Graduates will be poised to continue their studies in master's degree courses in textile or other engineering programmes.
