The aim of the study programme of Applied Logistics is to equip graduates with basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are important for their future employment in the position of lower and middle management in various types of organizations. Logistics professions require graduates to have a knowledge of a wide range of specialized disciplines and be able to perceive logistics as a discipline that can be applied and used to manage processes in both the corporate and public spheres. The study combines support for the development of systemic thinking in relation to ways of solving operational and professional tasks of the organization. It ensures not only the theory of logistics as such, but also the complex application of this theory in its application in practice. It develops students' creativity, their social communication, combinational skills and innovative thinking, which is accompanied by a significant development of technological change.

As part of his/her studies, the graduate acquires a holistic view of logistics in the context of not only market environment, which allows him or her to understand and then orient themselves in most logistics processes, both inside and outside the organization but also in public institutions where logistics processes also occur.
