Study

Graduates of the Communication Technology programme are able to analyse and evaluate the properties of communication systems and make informed decisions on the suitability of their deployment, based on knowledge of system architectures, communication chain principles, signal processing methods, transmission techniques, and wireless technologies. They can analyse input signals and data streams, calculate transmission parameters, and design appropriate communication system architectures and their components. They are also able to verify proposed solutions through simulation and laboratory testing. Graduates are familiar with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles and relevant national and international standards. They typically work in technical positions or lower-level management roles in the corporate sector.
