Specialization: Transport Management and Marketing Do you want to become a manager and deal with issues of operational management and marketing focused on transport? Thanks to studying with us, you will find employment as a manager or specialist in various types of transport companies, as well as in companies providing logistics, courier and express services. Specialization: Logistics You will become an expert in managing logistics processes in all parts of supply chains. As a graduate, you will find employment primarily in the management of corporate logistics processes. Specialization: Transport Technology and Management You will acquire the latest knowledge and skills in the field of transport technology and management, as well as in logistics technologies — both theoretical and practical. You will apply this knowledge in all types of freight transport, as well as in freight forwarding and logistics. The field of passenger transport, including integrated transport systems, will also be familiar to you.

A graduate of the academically oriented Bachelor’s degree programme has broad theoretical knowledge and professional skills which they are able to apply when solving assigned tasks under specific practical conditions in transport and forwarding companies, in companies providing logistics, express and postal services, or in public administration. The graduate has an overview of the specific features of the transport sector and basic professional knowledge in the areas of transport vehicles and infrastructure. Within the scope corresponding to the chosen specialization, the graduate demonstrates deeper knowledge and skills in the areas of planning, operational management, optimization of transport and carriage processes, and the creation and management of logistics chains. The graduate has an overview of the legal framework in the field of transport, understands the social and economic contexts of transport, and is aware of its impact on the environment. The common theoretical foundation of the study programme consists of courses such as Transport Technology and Management, Management I and Logistics I. These are followed by additional courses forming the profiling foundation of the programme, such as Transport Technology and Management – Railway Transport, Transport Technology and Management – Road Transport, Transport Technology and Management – Air Transport, Operations Research, Algorithmization and Programming, and others. Students’ knowledge and skills are then systematically developed with regard to the chosen specialization and supplemented by professional practical training. The graduate thus becomes a specialist in the field of transport technology and management, management, or logistics.
