The Environmental Chemistry study programme provides students with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with specialized knowledge of chemical processes occurring in the natural environment, emphasis is placed on qualitative and quantitative analysis, modern analytical techniques, and the development of practical laboratory skills.

Graduates of the Environmental Chemistry programme are skilled in modern analytical methods, independent chemical analysis, data evaluation, and critical work with scientific literature related to environmental chemical processes and human impacts on the environment. They can pursue careers in academia, research, development, and institutions focused on environmental and general chemistry.
