The Studio of Media Illustration offers its students the opportunity to create both classic and modern works. *********** This study programme interconnects many spheres of visual arts. You learn how to work with multimedia content and applications related to digital photography, film, video, audio and data carriers. *********** The aim of this study programme is to make students familiar with the specifics and beauty of animated film, the wide range of classic creation processes and the use of digital technology. *********** From motion and web design to mobile applications or game design. Interactivity in its different forms is an integral part of the work of a graphic designer. Would you like to deepen your creative potential? Do you enjoy pushing the boundaries of visual identity? This study programme is aimed at various dynamic forms of interactive design. *********** This study programme is aimed at all photographic genres, and the work with various graphic programs used to edit photographs and work with fonts. Students have the possibility to create photographic projects and participate in workshops, educational excursions and exhibitions.

Study

You learn how to use basic programs for the creation and post-production of static and moving digital images. Moreover, you master the creation of electronic publications, multimedia presentations and interactive projects combining traditional media with augmented reality or, for example, matte painting. Graduates can embark on an independent career or become members of teams focused on the development of games and interactive platforms (concept artist, 3D modeller, letterer, draughtsman, printmaker, copywriter, lighting technical director, character technical director, rigger, etc.). *********** During your studies, students get an insight into the current development of the field, gain skills and knowledge to experiment and learn how to use multimedia as resources for their work. Moreover, they master the sphere of digital photography, and film and audio production. After graduation, you can find employment as members of teams engaged in desktop publishing and advertising, in photographic, film and television studios, in the sphere of creating web design, E-learning, computer games, and teaching aids,as well as in the development of multimedia applications. *********** You master the techniques of classical, surface and puppet animation, they will have basic knowledge about the creation of animated films and, therefore, can work as directors of animated films, visual artists and animators. Graduates will be able to work with 2D and 3D editors and professional animation software, write scripts and animate 3D objects and puppets in front of a camera. After graduation, you can find employment in film and TV studios, graphic design and advertising agencies, or as independent creators of their own projects. They can work in the film-making industry, especially in positions related to animated film (as cameramen, light designers, storyboarders, visual artists, producers of animated films, and animators). *********** Students become familiar with the latest digital technology, software tools for animation, creation of special 3D and visual effects. They master the basics of interactive technologies for the production of computer games, e-books, interactive banners and applications. After graduation, you can find employment in film and TV studios, graphic design and advertising agencies, as independent creators of their own projects, or as team members in graphic design studios (banner makers, etc.). *********** You master the art of photography, both the traditional analog technology and digital technology, including editing, post-production and printing. Focus is placed on all photographic genres, such as portrait, figure, product photography, fashion photography, photography of architecture and landscape and documentary and journalistic photography. Graduates become independent photographers or members of teams. Thanks to a thorough preparation, they can work in the sphere of product, fashion and applied photography, as well as in DTP and advertising studios. At the same time, their careers can rely on exquisite taste and creativity, so they can work as artists or photo- journalists.
