This study programme educates experts who are able to independently perform diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive methods in rehabilitation. You gain in-depth knowledge which they know how to selectively apply according to the current state of a patient. They become familiar with all branches of medicine, particularly with anatomy and physiology. Teaching is conducted in specialized classrooms, where you learn different techniques which they can try on themselves. During your studies, they participate in medical internship programmes organized in inpatient wards and emergency departments. In the last year of study they will work with expert physiotherapists.

Study

Students become familiar with occupational therapy methods related to musculoskeletal and internal systems. Based on the knowledge and skills gained, they are able to independently prepare a short-term or long-term rehabilitation plan, and implement therapy and therapeutic physical training, including special methods. Moreover, you gain in-depth knoweldge of preventative health care. After graduation, you can find employment in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, spa facilities, social care facilities, homes for the elderly, sports and reconditioning centres and as members of preventive and screening programmes.
