This study programme aims at educating experts in the development and application of electrotechnical materials, production technology and management in the area of the electrotechnical industry. During your studies, you gain both theoretical and practical knowledge that enables them to find employment in expert and leading positions, apply for a doctoral degree or set up a business.

Study

During your studies, you gain the necessary theoretical knowledge of all stages of the life cycle of an electrotechnical device (from its design and implementation, to its operation, disposal and recycling). You deepen their knowledge of conventional and special materials and technologies used in diagnostic methods, as well as of methods and tools used for process management throughout the life cycle of a device. You will gain all necessary skills to deal with problems related to materials, manufacturing technologies and diagnostics in electrical engineering. After graduation, you can continue your studies in doctoral programmes, or enter the labour market. After graduation, you can work as technologists, project managers, production managers, managers in trade and service and testers. After graduation, you can find employment in metrology laboratories and research and development.
