Students become familiar with advanced project management techniques and methods focused on project modeling, analysis, optimization and subsequent management A graduate = an expert in independent creative work in the position of project manager. Graduates are able to independently manage projects, their programmes and portfolios, communicate with other managers, deal with technical and business tasks of various projects and successfully complete assignments. They have in-depth knowledge of economic forecasting, and strategic, tactical and operational management.
