Graduates possess advanced knowledge of metallic, ceramic, polymer, and composite materials and understand the relationships between their structure, properties, processing, and performance. They are skilled in materials characterization, failure analysis, and the development of innovative materials for engineering applications. Graduates are prepared to work in research and development, quality control, materials testing, and manufacturing industries, as well as to continue their studies in doctoral programmes.
